- This policy is conducted by Jarsh and can be canceled or amended at any time without notice.
- Only purchased from jarshports.com, and Amazon within last 2 years are eligible.
- The replacement policy will be applicable for the same model as the original, or the nearest current equivalent if the original is no longer available.
- Jarsh will not be held responsible if you dispose your helmet before we request you to do so.
- Judgement is at the sole discretion of Jarsh.
- We won't directly send you a replacement, you need to buy a replacement with the discount code we provide
- The discount will be applied on the MSRP of the helmet and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
- The discount may vary from individuals since many situations may influent.
- In order to process these requests, it is necessary to collect some personal information. Please read our Data Protection Policy for further information.
- Claims are valid once per purchased helmet.

- Naturaly decay of electronics and structure of the helmet, remote and accessories
- Man-made destroy, misuse, wrong maintenance caused damage
- Situations when the proof of purchase is inadequate, including lack of proof of purchase, gifted from others, bought from resell
