  • This policy is conducted by Jarsh and can be canceled or amended at any time without notice.
  • Only purchased from jarshports.com, and Amazon within last 2 years are eligible.
  • The replacement policy will be applicable for the same model as the original, or the nearest current equivalent if the original is no longer available.
  • Jarsh will not be held responsible if you dispose your helmet before we request you to do so.
  • Judgement is at the sole discretion of Jarsh.
  • We won't directly send you a replacement, you need to buy a replacement with the discount code we provide
  • The discount will be applied on the MSRP of the helmet and cannot be combined with any other promotions.
  • The discount may vary from individuals since many situations may influent.

  • Claims are valid once per purchased helmet.

Not applicable situations

  • Naturaly decay of electronics and structure of the helmet, remote and accessories
  • Man-made destroy, misuse, wrong maintenance caused damage
  • Situations when the proof of purchase is inadequate, including lack of proof of purchase, gifted from others, bought from resell
