Refund policy

1. RETURN PERIOD
JARSH offers a 14-day return period for standard orders. This period begins on the day you receive your product.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
For a return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging must be intact
- All accessories, manuals, and documentation must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return authorization must be obtained before sending the product back
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that have been used or worn (except for warranty claims)
- Products with damaged or missing packaging
- Products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable"
- Gift cards
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
- Contact our customer service team at support@jarshsports.com
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Follow the return shipping instructions provided
Returns sent without an RMA number may be refused or experience processing delays.
5. REFUND PROCESSING
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase:
- Credit card refunds typically process within 5-7 business days
- PayPal refunds typically process within 3-5 business days
Refund Timing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days
- Your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account or statement
Refund Amount
Refunds include the purchase price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. RETURN SHIPPING
Return Shipping Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, etc.)
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
Return Shipping Methods
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
7. EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original purchase for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
Damaged Upon Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We'll provide instructions for return or replacement
Defective Products
If your product proves defective within the warranty period:
- Contact our warranty department at support@jarshsports.com
- Describe the defect in detail
- We'll guide you through the warranty claim process
9. PRE-ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before shipping by contacting our customer service team.
