Finding the right fit is crucial for comfort and safety. A properly fitted helmet sits level on your head, covering your forehead, and stays in place during movement without causing pressure points.
Measure Your Head Size
Position the measuring tape: Place it around your head about 1 cm (0.5 inch) above your eyebrows and ears.
Get a snug measurement: The tape should be snug but not tight, sitting flat against your head.
