1. SHIPPING REGIONS

JARSH currently ships to the following regions:

  • United States (all 50 states except for Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the United States Virgin Islands)
  • European Union
  • United Kingdom

We plan to expand to additional countries after our initial launch. Please contact us if your country is not listed.

2. SHIPPING COSTS

United States

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100
  • Orders under $100: $15 flat rate

European Union

  • Free standard shipping on orders over €90
  • Orders under €90: €12 flat rate

United Kingdom

  • Free standard shipping on orders over £80 
  • Orders under £80: £10 flat rate

3. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

Standard Orders

  • United States: 3-5 business days
  • European Union: 7-14 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-10 business days

Pre-Orders

For pre-order items, the shipping timeframes above begin once the pre-order ships. The estimated shipping date for pre-orders is May 2025, as indicated on our product pages.

Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your order ships. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day.

4. TRACKING INFORMATION

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. You can also view your order status and tracking information by logging into your account on our website.

5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs & Import Duties

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges vary by country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Address Requirements

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including any necessary postal codes, provinces, or building numbers. JARSH is not responsible for delays or delivery failures due to incomplete or incorrect address information.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain restrictions may apply when shipping to some locations. If we're unable to ship to your location, we'll notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund.

7. DELIVERY ISSUES

Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates delivery but you haven't received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors and any alternate delivery locations
  2. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  3. If unable to resolve, contact our customer service team within 48 hours

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and contents
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of receipt
  3. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly

8. ADDRESS CHANGES

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping address changes can be accommodated. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you need to request an address change.

9. PRE-ORDER SHIPPING UPDATES

For pre-orders, we'll send regular updates about production progress and any changes to estimated shipping dates. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your pre-order ships.
