How to Register Warranty

  1. Go to Amazon app, find your order id of your Jarsh helmet
  2. Send an email to support@jarshsports.com
  3. We will register it for you
  4. The warranty is 1 year, any kind of manmade destroy/damage/mistake using will fail to get warranty

How to Claim Warranty?

  1. First of all, you should always keep your amazon order id, it's the only proof for us to identify your rights
  2. Send your proof of broken parts or malfunction, videos are always the better for us to understand and assess what has happened
  3. Wait for us to decide the solution, whether to refund, partial refund or send a new one to you
  4. Remember, manual destroy won't get accepeted
